When you place an order/deposit you accept the following:

Production is 7 days from art and garment approval. This time does not include shipping time to the customer. Meaning we will have the job produced within 7 days, then ship to the customer.

On some orders, if an order cannot be fulfilled with the ordered garment it will be replaced with an equivalent make and color garment. We will never replace with a lower grade garment.

Regarding this web-site, some items may be discontinued by the manufacturer and still be shown here. Never assume that all things listed on this site are in stock, always call to check. Customers are advised to call or email to confirm orders.

Jobs and Artwork not completely confirmed by the customer may not be completed on schedule. Always check on your order.

Due to color differences in computers and monitors, colors may not be exactly shown.

Rush orders are available. Call us and make complete arrangements.

Internet orders are required to be paid in full. On established only, accounts payment may be on different terms.

Local delivery will incur a $5.00 delivery charge.

Out of town orders will be shipped UPS ground unless suggested otherwise. We search for the cheapest means on every order.

H&A Silkscreening will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipper.

Returned checks will be charged $25.00 NSF fee, and will be asked to pay with Credit Card. All unresolved orders will be handed over to a collection agency.

Return Policy

Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.

No Returns are accepted without H&A's acceptance of fault or otherwise agreed upon circumstance.

Therefore full authorization will be needed from H&A management.

If the customer is in error due to color, size, ink or previously approved art, no refund or return may be applied.

Refunds will be paid in a similar manner.

Faster shipping fees or other charges regarding return shipping are non-refundable.
