Embroidery is the embellishment of garments with decorative needlework, in which your design is sewn into the fabric. How is embroidery pricing determined?
Embroidery tshirt prices are determined by stitch-count and digitizing of your t shirt logo. Stitch-count is the actual number of stitches your logo requires to embroider it. Our online prices include up to 8000 stitches, which covers most logos. If your logo exceeds 8000 stitches, we will contact you to discuss any possible extra charges.
Is there a minimum quantity I have to order?
There is a 48 piece minimum for all embroidery orders. H&A's Custom Embroidered Apparel department is strictly a high-volume production facility.
What is Digitizing?
Digitizing is the Initial Layout of the design or logo, making it thread ready. Digitizing is also considered in the cost of the order. Digitizing is just a one time fee also having to do with how many stitches are involved. Averaging between $60.00 and $150.00.
What is the average turn around time for Custom Embroidered Apparel?
Typical turn around time for Custom Embroidered Apparel is about 2 weeks from the time your sew-out sample is approved until the day it is shipped. This turn around time can vary depending on the size of your order and how much work is needed to prepare your artwork. We have done orders that have taken 4 months to complete. Those are exceptions for extremely large orders.
What is a sew-out? Can I get one for my logo?
A sew-out is a sample of your embroidered logo sewn into a fabric swatch. For every order we will produce and e-mail you a sew-out for your approval before your order goes into production. We can also mail out a sew-out to you for you actually see and touch. Please keep in mind that requesting a mailed sew-out may delay your order a few days.
